My main reason for calling is to change the NAT settings from Strict to Open for XBox 1 Party Chat service. My son is oversees and the only way we speak weekly is via our XBox 1s. On ALL conversations, I lose connection mid conversation - my son does not. It does not matter what time of day or which day of the week. It happens regularly.
