My seeding speed is about 12kB/s(if the pc I'm seeding on is the only connected device to the internet, if I'm on my phone at the same time it's only 2kB/s). When I am seeding larger files I can't use my pc in it's full potential for some time.

Downloading from uTorrent is not the same as downloading files in your browser. There is a completely different process and there are many factors involved that may increase or decrease the speed of the download. For example, at what priority the torrent file is set? How many seeders (people who are uploading the file) are seeding? From that I seed just over 300 movies from PTP and dozens of seasons of shows for BTN. That accrues me serious bonus points, plus a bit of upload. Can't quite compete with a seedbox, but seeding more gives me more data to potentially upload.
